The problem with this view is that it approaches the topic
from an analysis of the work to be done, rather than the people
who have to work together to undertake the project.
In other words, the focus is on the ‘management of the work
of the project’ rather than on the specific challenges involved
in the ‘management of the people who have to do the work of
the project’.
