Indeed, the change that has occurred over the last 15 years
– from local suppliers having a built-in competitive edge
to the internet opening up supply and delivery chains to a
worldwide audience – means that organisations of any size
have to be demonstrably more flexible and open in the way
they go to market.
These days, the ability to exchange information along the
value chain between suppliers, the organisation and its customers
