This option is already being used by 6% of respondents, with
a further 6% evaluating its use. The majority of respondents
(58%) say they may consider this option in the future but
29% would not consider taking this route.
A decision that has to be made, when purchasing enterprise
solutions, is whether the software should be adapted to match
the organisation’s business processes, or the business processes
changed to match the software functionality.
