and waste no time in doing so. It becomes crucially important
to realise benefits in an elegant and economical way – there’s
just no money and no time for anything else.
At first sight the solution would appear to be ever-better
planning and tougher management of scope, time, resource and
quality. Control seems to be at the heart of delivery. Yet
no matter how good your preparation and governance, unforeseeable
