Q: HOW DID YOU PREPARE YOUR STAFF FOR THE NEW SYSTEM?
A: Initially the ZyLAB engineers worked with our IT administration
personnel on the implementation and configuration of the system.
There were one or two minor teething problems at the beginning,
but these were soon resolved, and we are now fully self-sufficient
in this area.
ZyLAB provided end-user training in half-day sessions to
give our users the basics of using the system. They also provided
‘train-the-trainer’ instruction for three of our staff so
that they could supply further training and assist staff in
becoming more familiar with the system.
There is now a full-time person looking after ZyLAB administration
and who is responsible for any additional training required.
