Q: HAVE YOU INSTALLED ANY ADDITIONAL MODULES IN ONEOFFICE?
A: We have implemented a ship and debit module which is
a major benefit of the new system. Our main suppliers will
give us special pricing agreements when we are competing in
large accounts and have to give additional discounts to win
the business.
These agreements can be set up in OneOffice and the system
will keep track of them and also provide the percentage we
need to claim back from the supplier so that we can cover
the additional margin we are giving away.
We also installed the advance shipment notification module.
This allows our major suppliers to electronically provide
advanced notification of large shipments being delivered to
us.
These can be pre-loaded into OneOffice so that once the goods
arrive we can book them in via the advance shipment notice.
This avoids manually checking in each palette, saving us two
man days by electronically receiving the goods.
