customers and suppliers that may be occurring so frequently
that they have become invisible and so are not mentioned in
analysis. It is imperative that this information is picked
up.
Once you have documented all the issues/challenges, you need
to focus attention on developing and implementing solutions.
The system vendor needs to be involved with this process,
as they have the knowledge to ensure you are getting the best
out of the system.
