The increasing recognition of CRM as a software requirement
has been reflected in two trends that customers will have
noticed: on the one hand, deeper integration of CRM into overall
business software solutions; and, on the other, more industry-specific
products.
CRM software within the wider business solutions of SAP and
Oracle leads the market. Yet conversely, five of the top 10
bestselling CRM products are industry-specific.
