The clear implication here is that the activity is currently
only focused on certain core departments and is being driven
by specific communication needs. As a result, the tactical
implementation of digital collaboration looks set to continue,
at least in the short term.
This is further emphasised by the fact that 82% of organisations
report that activity to date has been project-based, while
30% have subsequently rolled out the programme to the rest
of the company.
