Devising an information strategy will
give your company at least a fighting chance of improving
its data and decision making, says CSC’s Paul
Phillips.
Action: information must not be bound to any particular department
or person. You should establish departmental stewards who
look after information and ensure it is being appropriately
used and exchanged. Sources of information should be assigned
to roles and not to particular individuals.
