Now if you want to retrieve information stored in a comprehensive
BCS model, you can obviously use a search engine; but if you
know the folder that your information is stored in, you can
navigate through the class/folder structure relatively easily,
possibly with the help of ‘bookmarks’ that take you straight
to the folder you want to go to (in the same way that favourites
are used for websites).
Once you get to the folder you require, you will hopefully
also find documents and records that are similarly related.
