Stop most people in the street and ask them what they understand
by the term ‘e-learning’ and all you will get is a blank look.
The name is fairly self-explanatory, however, and many will
guess that it is learning delivered by a computer. The slightly
more enlightened will say that e-learning is when courses
are delivered online and that when they did one recently they
found it very boring and did not complete it.
