Founded in 1995, Swiss-based BOARD International is a leading
provider of business intelligence and corporate performance
management software. Its programming-free Toolkit approach
has been used by over 1,800 companies to rapidly deploy BI
and CPM applications in a single integrated environment, with
the aim of linking performance to strategic vision at all
levels.
BOARD recognises that companies still rely on spreadsheets
to support decision-making processes. Others have purchased
BI/CPM solutions – however these are often modular, rigid
and disconnected. What often occurs, says BOARD, is a gradual
return to parallel spreadsheets or multiple products, losing
the control and benefits initially strived for.
