Global process ownership (as opposed to process enforcement
or process participation) is a key enabler to getting past
boundaries and barriers.
IFOs are 3.5 times more likely to employ global process ownership
enterprise-wide – that is, 71% versus 20% for non-IFOs. Organisations
with strict adherence to global process ownership are much
more likely to have adopted process and data improvements
enterprise-wide.
