Bussiness process management (BPM) is starting to look as
though it sucks. Now what on earth could lead me to such a
conclusion?
First, you need to take a look at the product market and
the associated messages. At a recent Gartner BPM event in
London (March 07), I took some time to visit all the ‘BPM’
vendors to see what’s happening and assess how the product
side is evolving.
