tools and portals.
Similarly, the integration of portals and other collaboration
tools used to guide user workflow on a role basis will be
enabled through SOA. Rather than following the vendor process,
portals can access services to help users build workflow according
to their own roles. Events and tasks can also be incorporated
into collaborative environments, such as threaded discussions.
