if the project is not controlled effectively
Successful project managers are not defined simply by the
length of time that they have served in a management capacity.
Experience is, of course, valuable.
But if a project manager does not have a reliable toolkit
at their disposal – a toolkit which consists of a variety
of project management tools and techniques to care for a range
of circumstances – they are likely to struggle to consistently
deliver projects in accordance with the project’s objectives.
