The first plan you come up with will probably not meet your
constraints, so you will need to go back and repeat this process.
Check your estimates for work and duration, see if you can
do some tasks in parallel, but don’t make unrealistic assumptions
that will come back to haunt you.

Ensuring the results of the project are delivered to the
right quality, at the right cost and within the right timescale.
