Large companies with a substantial investment in HR outsourcing
report major successes in implementing a wide range of HR
functions with their vendors and meeting critical business
objectives, especially long-term and shortterm cost savings.
And the number of these companies is growing, along with the
number of HR business processes being turned over to vendors.
That’s the main conclusion of a 2005 Towers Perrin study
of HR outsourcing among almost 50 major organisations.
