The costs assume that all new hardware is being bought for
the virtual server environment and that none of the existing
hardware is re-used. If servers can be re-used, costs will
be substantially reduced.
For larger numbers of existing and planned new servers, the
savings potentially is even greater. These are tangible savings
and do not put a value on the soft savings listed above.
