There has been much discussion of outsourcing in the media and much negativity
attached to the reporting of offshore outsourcing.
This has seemingly created resentment among consumers. For example, the Daily
Telegraph reported in June that 2,300 people polled by Swinton said they
would not buy insurance from a company they knew used an offshore call centre.
