through its agreed solution (importantly, at no additional cost) may well arise
unless the issue has been dealt with adequately within the contract.
This should be done via a well-thought-out and detailed change control procedure,
together with a clause detailing the parties’ responsibility for the costs of
change in differing circumstances.
