After three years of lacklustre sales, the corporate IT market
is starting to show signs of life. Production is on the rise,
access to capital is cheap, and organisations are coming to
grips with the need to replace ageing systems and capitalise
on capabilities of newer IT solutions.
Suppliers are reporting increased activity, with well-defined
budgets. Users also report better access to experienced consultants
at up to 25% discounted rates.
