This poses problems for integrators as to which standards
to rely on, the timing for those decisions, and the availability
of toolkit support on the host platform.
For example, Web Services Routing has now been replaced by
Web Services Addressing. Composability means it is possible
to build solutions using only the features required; it does
not prevent a decision that selects a technology before it
has stabilised sufficiently or one which fails to become widely
adopted.
