Brocade’s SilkWorm range of fabric switches are designed for small business through to enterprise environments.

The SilkWorm switches are available in 8, 16 and 32-port configurations, and can scale from entry level 2-switch fabrics to full-fabric enterprise storage area network (SAN) capabilities. Brocade says that the switches enable a seamless upgrade path and cost-effective migration, along with backward and forward compatibility with SilkWorm entry, mid-range and Director-class offerings.
