Paul Hammond: companies either backup
everything or nothing
The problem, as Hammond sees it, is that companies cannot
just buy in a package off-the-shelf to handle email compliance.
“It’s all about managing a company’s key risk and compliance
indicators and that involves people and processes, as well
as technology. As far as the technology goes, we’re seeing
companies trying to introduce a software layer over the top
of their email systems to capture critical information from
voice and image, as well as data systems,” he said.
