are to the nirvana of the fully integrated BPM solution.
In his experience, the overall functionality on offer in
some packages is the result of companies acquiring other vendors
and products. In these circumstances, it can take several
years for the vendor to achieve seamless integration (although
the growing use of open standards such as J2EE can speed up
