It is too easy to say that technically qualified people are
an expensive resource – but to what extent do we really understand
why? And to what extent will customers (or clients) demand
to understand where the money is spent in future?
Everybody understands day rates but few understand the cost
of delivering projects and even fewer understand how the customer’s
behaviours impact their own costs. These are matters that
PSA software reveals, especially when companies allow customers
to be guests logged on to their project files.
