NAME: Nick Bray.

BACKGROUND: Nick joined Fibernet in February 2001. Prior to that, he held the positions of group chief financial officer of Gentia Software and chief accounting officer at Comshare. He started his career with five years at Price Waterhouse. Nick has broad experience in the IT sector, both in the US and Europe.

Q: WHAT WERE YOUR BUSINESS REASONS FOR MOVING TO CPM SOFTWARE?

A: I joined Fibernet in February 2001. At that time, it was a medium-sized company started by Charles McGregor, who is still the chief exec, but it was expanding quite rapidly. We had been successful in the UK and we were rolling out the same business model into Germany and then France.
