At the moment, as Figure 2 again shows, a quarter (26%) of our sample have such an implementation, but more than half (56%) expect to be heading this way in the future.
In contrast, the proportion adopting a departmental-based solution has already halved and is now down to 20%, with future predictions indicating it will drop further to just 8%. And while the level of inter-departmental implementations is currently on the increase, at 26%, this is set to decline dramatically to just 6% in the coming years.
