However, our findings suggest that many companies’ experience now is radically different from what may have happened in the past. As Figure 3 shows, one in five (20%) actually see a six-month to
12-month ERP implementation as a realistic goal and getting on for half (43%) regard one or two years as an acceptable timeframe for a full implementation.
