Factors such as the need to respond to changes in financial regulations (28%) or regulatory requirements specific to their industry (24%) also carry little weight. Significantly, though, organisations are interested in taking advantage of new functionality (58%), even if they are less enthusiastic about new technology for its own sake (36%).
