Despite some poor implementation results, UK companies seem determined to keep investing in CRM systems. Pat Sweet reports on our latest research results.

When we asked our respondents how much their company will be putting into CRM systems next year, overall investment levels are rising, although the rate is slow and steady rather than spectacular.

Once again, the biggest chunk of respondents (36%) will spend less than £250,000. However, the proportion who say they will be making no investment at all is dramatically down, to just 2%. And the big spenders will still have the ready cash, since the same proportion (16%) say they will be investing anything upwards of £1 million.
