UK companies are aware of the potential benefits of project management and PSA software, but there are implementation issues to consider according to our latest research. Pat Sweet reports on our latest research results.

This kind of functionality is commonly found in the newer PSA packages. We asked our sample to assess how important an integrated PSA environment is to their organisation at present, using a scale of 1 to 5 where 1 represents ‘not important at all’ and 5 is ‘business-critical’.

Almost half (48%) rate PSA software as either a 4 or a 5, indicating that this is a very hot topic for many at the moment. A third (32%) remain to be convinced, giving the concept a 1 or a 2 rating, while a quarter (24%) put themselves in the middle with a score of 3.
