The MD has the ability to look out over the battlefield as a whole and not down in the trenches, and nor should they try to.
After being involved directly in 71 projects over the past 10 years, Oxsoft has seen most eventualities, including projects on the slide into disaster and MDs who simply won’t listen because they’re in the trenches with their troops; or just as worryingly, MDs who canvas opinion from everyone and then start to make ‘disturbing’ decisions which take the project off-beam, off-budget, off the timeline and start the slide toward complete oblivion for the project.
