Q: HOW DID YOUR COMPANY FIRST GO ON LINE?
A: About two and a half years ago we decided we needed a website covering our four dungeon attractions, which are based in London, York, Edinburgh and Hamburg in Germany. Essentially this was a response to the fact that a lot of other attractions also had websites, so we wanted to make sure that we had an online presence as well as our competitors.
In that sense, what we tried to do was really a quick fix. It was a website that provided some information about the dungeons, and we had the idea that we would also be able to sell some tickets and gifts through the same site at a later date.
