A: We’re a small building society, and all of our branches are within a 20-mile radius of our head office in Market Harborough. Whilst we have quite a strong presence locally, we face obvious problems in trying to expand our customer base.
Very early on, we realised that the internet gave us the ability to broaden our market considerably and to get our message across to people who had never heard of us and wouldn’t dream of searching out one of our branches.
