Europe’s largest companies need to change tack if they are to succeed in their integration efforts, says Nick Leyland of consultancy AMS.
Integration success
A recent survey by business and IT consultancy firm American Management Systems (AMS) identifies major problems with the current integration efforts of some of Europe’s largest companies.
Unaddressed, the researchers believe these problems will stall integration initiatives that, properly conceived and co-ordinated, could deliver significant business benefits.
