The online PMO is seamlessly integrated into the process of executing the projects. It becomes an extension of the existing electronic tools of document and code control, project plans and risk management.
Figure 1 highlights estimated savings on management costs using online PMO across each of the phases of a large-scale project – based on empirical evidence from a number of projects in financial environments.
