The cost and business impact of upgrades, for instance, scores lowest (2.82), while cost of implementation (2.88) is another concern. Around half our sample (52%) say they used external consultants to help with implementation, with a quarter (26%) reporting that this experience was ‘satisfactory’.
The main worry in this area is consultants’ lack of business knowledge, cited by 18% of those we polled.
