Enterprise Integration & Development (November 2001) Summary

The economic downturn is battling with e-business for the hearts and minds of IT users. For while the economy is pushing companies to suspend or re-evaluate their IT spending, the growth of e-business is pulling them in the opposite direction.

Integration and development software can play a role in the middle of all this, helping companies introduce evolutionary new e-business and customer management systems while linking them to their existing corporate systems – thus preserving that earlier investment and keeping costs low.
