LIGHTBODY IS ONE of a small number of specialised cake bakers in the UK.
The Lightbody family have been bakers ever since the great grandfather of the current MD, Martin Lightbody, started the family business in 1885. By 1995 the company had established a chain of 20 high-street bakery shops and six celebration cake outlets.
