Selven Group plc has been designing and developing its TeamSpirit HR management software since 1979. The company is an Investor in People and a member of the CSSA.

TeamSpirit comprises three modules: Payroll, Personnel and Time & Attendance. These can be used together as an integrated system operating from a single database, or as standalone systems.

TeamSpirit is used by almost 400 UK companies, including blue-chip and household names from all private and public market sectors.

TeamSpirit Payroll incorporates the features needed for the calculation and reconciliation of UK statutory deductions and payments.

In addition to specific features such as net-to-gross calculations, history views, multiple pay spines and posts, a payroll can be re-run for just one employee. The calculation feature allows a user to define complex rules for any pay element.
