E-learning is taking the training world by storm – and online learning is in the eye of the storm, reports Adrian Snook at VEGA Skillchange.

THE HR WORLD is being battered by a storm that is shaking the foundations of traditional education, training and development. The storm has many different names but we know it mainly as e-learning. At the heart of this whirling vortex lies a smaller zone, usually described as online learning.
